Bellwether Public Relations today announced the hiring of Tatum Fettig and Siri Reed as communications strategists.

Fettig is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in comparative cultures and politics and public relations. Fettig started at Bellwether Public Relations in January 2026 as a student practitioner, where she honed her media relations skills. Prior to starting at Bellwether, Fettig was a Title IX Communications intern for Michigan State University’s Communications and Marketing Office.

Reed is also a recent graduate of Michigan State University, holding a degree in public relations with an emphasis in social sciences. Reed began her time at Bellwether in May 2025 as a student practitioner, where she developed skills in strategic communication and media relations. During her time at Michigan State, Reed spent a summer in England, where she studied global relations and communications.

“Siri and Tatum have made incredible contributions to our team during their time with Bellwether, and we are thrilled to have them join the team full-time,” said Bellwether Public Relations Partner Andie Poole, APR. “As student practitioners, they showed initiative and commitment to our team and clients, and we’re looking forward to seeing all they accomplish in their new roles.”

Bellwether Public Relations, formerly Martin Waymire, is headquartered in downtown Lansing and works with clients across Michigan and the country.
