Before joining Bellwether Public Relations, Poole was a product marketing manager at TechSmith Corporation, where she led global marketing initiatives and content development for a suite of technology products. A proud Spartan, Poole earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s in public relations from Michigan State University. She was also named the 2022 PACE Maker of the Year by the Central Michigan PRSA Chapter.

Outside of work, she enjoys singing, playing the guitar, biking along northern Michigan’s scenic M-119, and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans and Detroit Red Wings. She resides in East Lansing with her husband, Andrew, their daughters, Elliot and Mara, and their dog, Edison.
